Return & Refund Policy

At Samar Perfumes, we take pride in the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrance products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used perfumes, room sprays, or car diffusers
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at samarperfumesllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at samarperfumesllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
